College Essay Contest!

What is it? The MUSE is starting the 1st annual essay contest for Arapahoe students. We want to validate your non-fiction writing: literary analysis, place narratives, personal essays, etc.

When? Submit your non-fiction essay by November 20th (the last day before Thanksgiving break) and have a chance to win gift certificate prizes, plus getting published! The MUSE will put in the top 3 essay winners automatically into the Spring publication.

How do I enter? Entering is simple; email Miss Gaffney in the English office with your essay attached. Provide us with your name, the title of your piece, email, and phone number, so we can contact you: lgaffney@lps.k12.co.us.
